City Manager Kyle Lovell and Mayor Rick Rossi have declared a State of Emergency in the City of Oneida due to flooding concerns as Oneida Creek is expected to crest at 17 feet. Residents on several streets are being asked to evacuate voluntarily. The Kallet Civic Center is open as a shelter, and police and fire crews are going door-to-door with notifications.
